We were out of our regular whole wheat bread for the second time this week. The first time was remedied by a trip to Breadsmith - but my conscience got the better of me and I finally made another batch. And then, because there were 6 rotting bananas stinking up the counter - I had to make banana bread too. Unfortunately, the baking did nothing for the trash aspect of the trash house.
